大学の法学部教授です。自分の専門以外のリーダーシップを教え始めて、３０年以上もやっている専門分野の教育が実は思っているほど効果がなかったと気がつきました。今年から「教える」のをやめて、学生や社会と「共に学ぶ」方法を試行錯誤しています。 I am a law professor. After I started teaching leadership, I realized that the legal education I had been offering for over thirty years was not as effective as I thought. So this year, I stopped the traditional style of “teaching” and began experimenting with ways to learn together with students and society.
